You can expand your characters name throughout the ranks giving the character a sense of belonging and a grand title for his/her loyalty.[/color] [b]What do you think the CWU does?: [/b][color=#27ae60]The Civil Workers Union (CWU) is a unity of citizens from a city that is under control by the Universal Union. The CWU's upbringing was to provide citizens an alternative life where he/she will be granted rewards for their service and loyalty. Conformity/Assimilation is the key to becoming an ideal candidate for becoming apart of the CWU's structure. I'd say it's actually 10 times better than being a silly sod who consumes all the air in the city. You get access to better living environments and the rations, from what I heard they are superb the second you jam that juicy sustenance in your mouth. I can't think of a single bad thing to say about the ol' CWU.[/color] [b]Is the CWU under the City Administration?: [/b][color=#27ae60]From what I 'eard the Administration has this ministry where they run the whole thing from. Not sure who the minister is though...[/color] [b]What are some of the normal tasks the CWU perform?: [/b][color=#27ae60]They run those working block, cycle things. Basically, its when they gather up citizens and place them somewhere to clean up or to produce something. I remember one time where they placed us in the Train Station and made us clean up the new arrivals' trash, there were suitcases, bottles and soda cans spread across the whole damn floor of the platform. Took us a couple hours but work is work. I saw a couple of over CWU members buying into businesses n' that, I thought it was quite nice about the idea of settling down and putting some time in a store.[/color] [b]While running a workblock, more than the amount of people you needed show up. What do you do?: [/b][color=#27ae60]Depending on the work I will decide that because of the substantial amount of bodies working on the job that the citizens who were first selected were the ones working. The ones who've come out of thin air will have to leave unless there is a new task or possibility that they could perform.[/color] [b]Where do you record workblocks?:[/b] [color=#27ae60]I record them first on my notes and then transfer them into the CWU Database to confirm that each product is created successfully. Easy as that.[/color] [b]You assign multiple citizens IWA, and they end up working in a group. What do you do?: [/b][color=#27ae60]Tell them that if they do not follow simple instructions than they'll either be removed or not rewarded for their service.[/color] [b]While running a CWU store in, a rude customer comes into the shop. How do you react?:[/b] [color=#27ae60]I'll tell them to hush up before I call the lads over (Civil Protection) to ask him kindly to leave the premises.[/color] [b]The situation above escalates, and he becomes angry and possibly violent. What do you do?:[/b] [color=#27ae60]Using my request device I will call for the presence of Civil Protection to escort he/her out of the shop so I can continue my services.[/color] [b]What is your loyalty to the Universal Union?: [/b][color=#27ae60]Loyal as the blood in my veins, cause they're always functioning..[/color]
